it’s not all in fun, I think some people here, myself included, ARE trying to help out fellow members by advising against the use of ricey products like washer LEDs…
THEY PRODUCED THE G2 HOOD SMOOTHE AND CLEAN ON TOP BECAUSE IT LOOKS GOOD AND BECAUSE SOMEONE IN THE HOOD DESIGN DEPARTMENT WANTED TO MAKE SURE NOBODY PUT ANY KIND OF RICEY ACCESSORY IN THE WASHER HOLES, THEY LEFT THAT TO THE CIVICS.

First Of all back then, the people who designed that cars wern’t thinking of how to make a Acura’s so people can’t put LEDs, and made civics based of puting LEDs.
Second of all LEDs bring out the car more making it stand out, and look good at night.
And stop calling it Ricey, becuse I like Leds doesn’t mean it’s all ricey

thanks for pointing all that out. I really was convinced about acura having those LEDs in mind when they built this car but you are cleardly much more intelligent:bow:

I’m not harassing that guy for puting a Leds on his nozzel I was for that. just read the rest of the replys other people were harassing him how ricey that idea was, which isn’t and would people stop saying ricey for leds. :whip:
Pete, and others thinking about putting it LEDs, I think you should put them on your cars. Because if it makes you happy, go for it, it’s your car. If you don’t like it later, you will just have to live with the holes, but hey, it’s your car. If others don’t like, then it’s fine, it’s not on their cars. But really there really is no need to slam someone down. Personally, when I saw them, I laughed and thought it was funny.
Now, I think something that would be funny is to point the LED nozzles outwards away from the windshield. If someone starts making fun of your car, then as you’re driving by them leaving, you can spray them. :idea: :vomit:
You make a point their, I’m making Leds my self and the way I’m going to make em is, that I won’t need to put any holes in my car, if I won’t like the way it looks or if I get bord of it I can aways take em off :naughty:
my opinion, “rice” is part of the becoming process
hell i wanted altezzas a week after i bought my car - then a week after i found this site, decided against it
washer lights on the hood could be considered ricey or they could be unique because it doesnt seem as if anyone else has done it
my biggest nag against “riceiness” is that most of the sh_t is illegal and is cause for the authorities and media to report about street racers and things like that when all in all - its really mostly a clean hobby for young and old alike
i choose NOT to draw attention to myself, someone else may want to
