Loss of power!! HELP

Had a problem last week with my A/C putting a constant drain on my battery causing me to have dead battery every couple of hours. Took care of that, as we were getting that fixed, the distributor went bad and started making the car have NO POWER. Like NO power to start up a hill ( I had to push ) But after $600 dollars worth of parts and labor, the Acura service department in OklahomaCity said it was good to go. I picked it up last night but the car is still running like a dog. It has more power than it did last week but it starts up kinda weak and it still has no real get up and go. I know its not a VTEC or anything cool like that but I know how it ran two weeks ago and it is struggling in all the gears. (It doesn’t feel like the transmission or clutch) I just need your guys opinion so I can go back to the shop and ram it up their a$$.

–Also when I rev it up and let off, there is a lot of back pressure in the exhaust and it pops quite a bit. It used to not do that.

–PLEASE HELP–

Thanks

what did they change?
check the gap on the plugs but that is not highly the cause of it.
did they use all brand new stuff?

have them do a compression test and leak down test to see how healthy the engine is. are u burning oil ?

hope this helps

Just got it back from the Acura service department again and it turns out that when the distributor went out, it messed up the timing. SO with a new distributor, plugs (w/ proper gap’s set), new plug wires, and a new fuel filter, AND them fixing the timing, it runs like a champ. I was racing people all the way home.
Thanks for you help though.
