# low-boost buildup!!!!!!

Hey there turbo people,  
I am getting a rebuild as a graduation present from my parents, and I am beginning to piece together a small turbo setup. I will be using CTR cams on stock B17a pistons bc of their good compression rate. so basically stock internals with a mild cam. no wild revving or anything. I am trying to find out what I need to purchase to safely boost 9psi with a stock eclipse gsx turbo.  
i need to know:  
fuel system  
I/C options  
Electronics associated with turbos(gauges, ignition)  
Safety controls( so i dont blow her up)

any and ALL help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I have good hookups for parts, i’m just not real familiar with turbos yet.
