I just got some 6.5" MB Quart speakers for my 92 GSR (rear) and when I tried to put them in, they wouldn’t fit into the “trench” that was there. I haven’t wasted $120 have I??? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

The CDT coaxials I put in my rear were too large also, so I just lined them up straight on top of the trench and ran the bolts down into the holes.

It came with something where I can surface mount or flush mount, is that the spacers you are talking about (surface mount)? I may just take strikeback’s advice and make my own damn holes.
