Yikes, at least get rid of those fake vents please.

I have heard that a lot of people like hondata. I don’t think there is really a “best” though. It’s more like what your tuner likes working with most.

First, welcome.  
Not a fan of the bumper you got there, but its your car, so not going to hate like Sirtef9, that is uncalled for, sir.  
Also, being a new member, please take time to read the rules, and learn to use the search, cause there are tons of threads about ECU tuning. So please search before asking a question, cause more then likely, its been already covered many times…😉

Wow. Lots of work ahead of you sir, best of luck. Why are you looking at getting your ECU tuned? Also, if it’s OBDO (90-91 Integras) you’re going to have to do a OBD1 swap. I’m sure there is an article here all about it, just search it! And welcome to the family
