Here’s the Deal for about a month my car won’t start after a long heavy rain. It gets close to starting but it just wont catch I am really begining to get stressed out over this problem and would appreciate it if you guys could suggest something I could do.
If it only happens when it is wet then you are having an electrical/ignition problem. Likely cause is either the wires or distibutor has too much condensation built up on them. Try giving it a tune up with new cap, rotor, wires and plugs. If you don’t want to spend the cash just yet spray some WD-40 on the stuff and wait a few minutes. It will help dry up the condensation on the parts.
