had a totally epic fail tonight, just got done pouring and i was on the way to get the skirts, i left my window down cuz it was nice and cool out, i made a right turn onto a street with some deep water and i was doing fine till some dickhead in a truck blew past me at about 50mph soaking the ENTIRE inside of my car including everything even in the back seats…FML…lol
DAMN! That sucks. I have to get a regulator for my LR window. i unhooked it so i could put the window up, but it keeps falling. Go figure, it always falls when its raining and stays up when its nice out! ROFL

Even if you saw that coming, you probably wouldn’t have been able to roll both windows up fast enough on the DB1.
It’s nice to see where you are going in your build, just take your time and put quality into it. 
yea its an RS, no power options here, oh well shit happens, and thanks, i got some good quality parts coming, but i am about to be medically retired in the next month or so, so some things are gonna slow down a bit, but i know next month its either getting paint, or fresh motor rebuild…

its alright here, the car scene is HUGE…but a lot of people in this city dont understand half of what i say when i tell them i try to keep with oem or REAL jdm parts cuz they all just buy knockoff shit and throw it on their cars and act like their shit dont stink
well today my “megan short shifter” and my suede shift boot came, pleased with the boot but the shifter is totally not what i ordered, its not megan, its not a dual bend and its huge as hell…wrote seller an email hopefully they figure it out for me

yea they had a pic of a dual bend, it was a long weekend of email arguing with them telling them that they are wrong, finally last night really late they emailed me back saying they will send the rite one out today…i hope so bc i dont want a single bend…

i got it from a company called JTR Sport. never dealing with again, i just used paint and circled the bends and wrote them a VERY lengthy descriptive pretty rude email…hopefully this next response from them will be more to my liking…
after my last epic email to them, they issue full refund and let me keep the shifter lol…guess ill just put it in and see if i like it or not, cant beat a free megan short shifter lol
Mine doesnt have quite so drastic bends, but mine has 2 bends. I ordered mine through Andysautosport.com now that i think back a little harder
i guess ill just have to deal with it. i dont feel like buying another one. i am putting away money for my rebuild and hopefully paint all in the next 2-3 months
