So haven’t “updated” my thread much in the past little while, been busy with work and things with getting engaged. Haven’t done a whole lot just maintenance things like balljoint and tie rod, still need a 2 wheel alignment and brakes. Anyways I decided to get rid of the cf hood and go back to OEM.
Here’s the way I left work today with my hood ready for spray
I also got over the black trunk thing so this is prepped as well
Also just purchased this from thedb63 and can’t wait til it gets here

Ya I do a lot of the body and paint myself, it helps I work at a body shop. I’m not going to be painting the hood and trunk though Im just prepping it. I have painted a couple things on the side but hard to find places to do it.
Just chose not to. I could’ve but it also isn’t much effort to mask it the way I did and on the plus side it’s all lined up all I will have to do is unmask and it’s good to go.
