need clarification, front suspension

ok, so im hearing that because of understeer/oversteer it is better to have a smaller than stock front sway bar. Is this true. I have ST front and rear sway bars, could the front be hurting me?

Also, because of the same reason, do the cusco front lower tie bars actually do good, or do they make it worse as well.

I jsut need some clarification, TIA

i’d put the stock front sway back. the cusco bar does its job, just the lowness of the bar is to me , what sucks…
