Any VTEC cam will work in the B16. JUN Stage 3 or Toda VTEC killers would be the most powerful, but those need lots and lots of electronic and fuel delivery up grades to go with them.
The skunk 2 cams that Viet G is selling are good cams too.

Well, if you don’t want to spend a lot of money, DO NOT go with the cams I listed. You asked what the most powerful were, and thats what I wrote.
What I guess you were asking was, “What is the most powerful cam I can use without heavy engine modifications?”
The answer to that would be Toda Spec A, Jun Stage 1 or even Honda Integra Type R or Civic Type R.
If money is a concern, go with the Honda cams. Those have the best bang for your dollar and they’re Honda quality.
