Normal for exhaust to have a black film on the exit area???

is this normal? I know its probably carbon deposits or whatever, but just makin sure its normal to have a almost like black powdery type residue on the inside…

yup as long as it doesn’t form a coat over the back of your whole car.

yup, its normal, and if you take off ur muffler, the carbon depostits go all over the road instead of ur bumper.
