o2 sensor

i asked a few local mechanics and peeps who know about JDM engines. I have a b16a first gen, and been having problems passing smog, the person who dropped it in only hooked up one o2 sensor and ghetto wired it, could that be a reason that i’m running super rich? (high nox)

yes it is… get another bung welded in and hook up the other o2 sensor or pay the $$$ for an illegal smog
