I’ve been getting a weak smell of burning oil when I turn on my heater and sit a a stop light. It’s so faint that I can’t smell it at all while I’m moving. It must be leaking to the outside of the engine from somewhere. I’ve replaced the v-tech controller oil seal and the cam seals. Any other ideas of what’s going on?
Check your oil pan gasket and cam end plug.
Just replaced the oil pan gasket. We’ll see if that fixes it.
