What kind of return line setups are you guys running? i am running a prebent heater hose in the shape that i needed it to be, at idle i get a little smoke, but it will go away once i start driving. I am wondering if a braided setup will resolve this problem.
Radiator hose will break down when exposed to oil.
about how long would that take, and do you recommend any thing or place i can get to replace it?
About 6 months. The heat cycling and lack of oil resistant material take their toll pretty quick. You don’t have to go with steel braid but you should get something that is oil resistant. Try this place:
