Do you have pics of the gauge cluster and climate control lit up so I can see how the red LEDs look like?
I will try to get a better one with my real camera tonight. I had this one on my cell phone and gives you a general idea. The light is very uniform (No hot spots) and this is due to them actually being LED Strips and not just replacement LED bulbs. All gauges work perfectly. Cluster has 176,700 and change on it. The switches have matching red LEDs installed. Switches are not inlcuded but I for an extra $30 I would throw them in.
Great stuff on this car Dan! List just keeps growing, and those door panels look really nice too. If those gauges were white, not red/amber I’d be very tempted to buy 'em and swap the faces. I want to do the same LED conversion as you but time isn’t exactly plentiful these days. Oh well, I shouldn’t be spending money on my car anyway, I just bought a house and it needs a lot of fixing up…
Colin, if your car has some downtime, you could send you cluster and climate control to me and I could do the conversion for you in the color of your choice for $75 plus shipping and $20 of that is for materials.

$75 plus actual shipping costs. Do you need the bumper support and foam? The bumper support will add a bit of weight to the package, and no matter what the package will be fairly large. I’m guessing shipping would be close to $50. But that’s just a guess. I can pull and weigh the bumper, take some measurements and get actual shipping costs. But I would say $125-$135 shipped is pretty close to accurate.

Here is a better picture of the gauges. They still look a bit orange compared to reality, and the temp and gas gauge needles don’t show up. But in reality they are a true red and the needles on all four gauges show up great.
I’ll get shipping quotes for the bumper support and foam. But I would want $50 for the support and foam plus shipping.
The receipt for the ground controls does not have the spring rates on them. I am going to have to jack up the car and read the springs themselves. Will do that today.
