Password JDM window visors

any1 know how to install these??? i couldnt figure out how to make the clips stay.

where did you get the sunroof visor?

i just picked up a set of the HIC window visors for my DB1 from Bayson R Motorsports (local aftermarket parts store). fitment is decent, im liking it.

the owner of the shop took a picture of my car and used it for a reference picture…so, this is MY car. it was hard to take a decent picture because my car was so dirty.

NOTE: yes…they do make the OEM style window visors for the DB1 too.

you have to remove ur door molding, not completely though, just enough for the clips to go under.

Nice! I picked up some DA visors from Bayson R just today! fitment was pretty good. Only problem was the brackets. after that it was a breeze.

I just picked up a set locally from a dealer who actually knows the person making them…i got mines for 150 flat, only about 10-15 min drive…can’t wait to install them…

is there anyone that sells them cheaper? like 50 bucks i dont care if they stick on or if their thin.

$50?
…$150 is a perfect price.

THIS.

I can’t see these things EVER going for less than $120. Considering the going rate for actual JDM window visors, these days. Sets that are almost $300-$400 for USED examples. I’ll spend $150 on good fitting NEW ones, even if they aren’t perfect JDM visors. With the badge off, what exactly makes them noticeably different anyway? They look the same to me. So, I can’t see the big deal in it.

yeah…they look pretty similar to the OEM JDM visors. the only noticeable difference is that the JDM visor uses 4 brackets while the Aftermarket visors(HIC) uses 3 brackes. also, the JDM visor is a brown tint while the HIC ones has a blue tint. IMO…that’s really no big differences at all.

since the store that i brought it from used a picture of my car with it installed…i got it for a ridiculous lower price.

arent they way cheaper on eg’s dc’s and ek’s

because even authentic visors for those chassis are far more abundant than ours. The DA was the last of the “old school” chassis to “take off” so to speak. They didn’t become a cool car to modify until about 5 years ago, if that.
