Quick question. I’m am looking into some 15x8 konig wideopens with the +25 offset. MY car is not lowered but i do plan on getting either the tein s. techs or h&r .
I hear that the s. techs give you about a 2in drop all around but i also hear the h&r give about the same drop? So i dont know if anyone on here can chime in on a accurate drop? But my main question is will i need to roll my fenders with this offset of the rim? Maybe stretch a 195 on it? I saw a member with the og sans with the same size say he fit them with no problem but not sure if i’ll rub the inside of my wheel well when i make turns . THANKS

Hey orionmike86 with the amount of drop those springs will give u. U don’t need to roll ur fenders even if ur slammed u wouldn’t need rolled fenders with that offset.

Iam personally on 15x8 +25 rims 195/50 and iam prety low, I have no rubbing issues.

So do you know if the tein s tech are accurate on the 2in drop? What set up are you running and would you mind posting a picture of your ride ? Most of the photos on here are already X’d out. Thanks

I thought this was a low offset thread. :squint:

bwhahahahahhahahaha ditto

are yours wider?

15x7…same size.
I know the back of those say +10…but it HAS to be wrong lol

Here’s my 15x7 +35 RPF1’s

well i woulda had a pic tomorrow of my db1 on 16x8 0 offset but unfortunately someone jacked 1 of them today so now i only have 3…they were xxr 002

I would not go by what is stamped on the back of the wheel as the final say.

In case anyone hasn’t noticed, there are two bolt patterns stamped on the back, 4x100 and 4x114.3, but that doesn’t mean that wheel will fit both bolt patterns. It will either be one or the other.

The “ET” stamping may not even be related to offset what-so-ever.

In any case, if you guys want to discuss the offset of that wheel, take it to a new thread and leave this to picture posting.

We don’t need this to span 3-4 pages talking about one wheel.

LOL @ all the ghey wheel threads. People passing off +35 as low offset and XXR Drags and Rotas in the badass wheel thread. needsfstwheels please just stop posting.

dont believe i posted my DA here when I had my diamonds on

15x7 in the front and 15x8 in the rear. 0 offset all around.

So in conclusion needfstwheelz’s drags are not +10 offset. Case closed. But on a good note. I like how you make those diamonds fit. ^^^^ What happened to your hood bra?

Thats fucked up how u delete all my post when it was all revolved around original topic.

Like I said the offset is not determined by the lip but by how the mounting point is constructed into the back of a wheel.
U can have a big or small lip on a wheel with the same offset, they will just obviously be different in the back to compensate the space taken from lip.

Who said he deleted them? He isn’t a mod.

I am. And I didn’t delete them. All posts pertaining to your wheels were moved to a new thread topic. The original topic is not determining wheel offset. It is about posting pictures of DA’s with low offset wheels.

If you want to discuss offset, take it to the new thread created.

Continuing to talk about this and I will close this thread.

Thanks, too bad there long gone now lol. I still have the hood bra, this is just an old picture after I washed her before putting the bra back on.

So what’s your overall opinion of the Diamond wheels?

I’m torn between a set of those or some Konigs when I get some wheels.

Did you have to do anything special to get those to fit?

Here’s my da on Varrstoen V1’s 15x8 w/ +25 offset. 195/50/15 Nankang all season tires
