I am desperate with the fan motor please I need help. I’ve been having this problem for a very long time but this night it really anoyed me. the situation is like this: my radiator fan motor generally comes on even if the engine is freezing cold. for example there are cases in which I don’t use the car for several days and when I come and just turn the key to the II position and take it out again the motor stars running and keeps on for more than 5 minutes. in all these cases I don’t crank the engine I would only turn the key and just take it out, I would only make the lights come on. And as the last case tonight it did the same thing, and this time it has been 15 days since I last drove my car, there was alot of snow, mud and salt out there. and guess what happened, eventough it had been staying still for that long in such a cold wheather the fan motor again came on and killed my battery

guys and gals please I need opinions. I remember seeing topics on fans staying on for long times when we were at the previous server.
yea, i remeber seeing this topic before too… was it the coolant temp. sensor? or fan relay?
