Im supsrised you havent had caffine/energy crashs yet with it? Youll either LOVE or HATE, WF! Lots of ppl hate the taste, its a bit rough at first, but you get used to that. But its cause CL dont put hardly any sugars in there supps to keep them pure as possible unlike BSN lol But eh it works so i cant knock it… WF and others just work better for most ppl!

Food is wonderful and works wonders if you eat the right things :rockon: For me, a meal 2hrs pre, then a whey shake 1hr pre and during sip on some Purple Wrrath(BCAA/EAA) seems to work very well. Caffine/Ephedrine dont agree with my Crohns usually so most the time i stay away unless im ubber tired.
For me since i lack alot of things due to my Crohns i have found that supps help me quite a bit over the last 5yrs… So i research and study all the compounds befor i ever buy anything! Lots of Bunk out there! LOL
werd! Yeah there is a ton of garbage out there that costs a fortune. Having a digestive disease, I can see the need for supps.
For me, I don’t eat meat - I get almost all my protein from tofu and beans and protein shakes. I know my diet is good and healthy, and my workouts are good and solid, so to continue to shred my body fat I do the EC stacks.
After my body fat is cut down to where I feel comfortable, I will go through a bulking cycle - and doing that as a vegetarian is difficult to cleanly bulk w/ out eating crap - but still getting enough calories & protein to bulk.

Ya tons of junk for sure. Ive been on AM.com and BB.com boards for the last 5yrs and have seen and learned alot from lots of very well educated ppl and so when someone in the gym tells me bout so and so supp im like yaaaa suuure have it, but imo it wont do much if anything and heres why … They usually come back tell me they bought it and want my advise on it. Im like WTH? LOL Ayyye owell…
One of the girls ive been helping train is the same way! Shes pretty hard core now after 2yrs of training and is frackin riiiiipped and when she tells ppl shes a vegetarian they cant believe it. Took me a bit to research and study how to help her but i got the basics down and layed out a good diet which she still follows to this day. I couldnt do it thats for sureeven with out my Crohns lol I gotta give it up to guys like you tho, you cats have a challenge IMO! Not like it dont either being a Ecto AND having Crohns Colitis! LOL
