just got an aftermarket wing and I just can’t drill a hole on my teg
coz might decide to take it off in the future, any suggestions?
Tried a double sided tape but scared to let my wing fly. The wing is very light though.
umm i i dont think double sided tape will hold man. i havent seen any spoiler thats has been held JUST by that. I could be wrong. but id say play it safe drill it. It would suck to have that fly off the freeway.
how about silicon? will it do the job?would silicon come off the paint?
well im not to sure. all i know is that a spoiler takes alot of stress at high speeds. maybe normal driving it might be ok but even then vibrations and normal car bounces can affect that. id ask a body shop or somthin. or maybe somebody on here has a better idea. I have a mid height universal on my teg and i bolted it down. If i ever wanted to take it off then id have to bust out the paint and bondo.
ummm…I think that you’re gonna need to drill holes. Why risk it flying away?
