Radiator leaking...need help!

My radiator is leaking on top…small little crack. I will be buying a new radiator around next month since I don’t have the money to buy one right now. Is there anyway to seal it besides using those stop leak fluids. It’s my daily driver, so I need to know the best solution to fix it for now until I get my new radiator.

You can solder it yourself. Drain the coolant. Use either electrical soldering iron no less that 100w of power, a bit of acid to clean the crack, flux and solder. Or you can use a torch. Lay few layers of solder just to keep it thicker.

I’ve done it myself, it already lasted couple of winters.

you can try using jb weld. don’t know if it would hold up or not, but its worth a shot.

thanks for the replies…
