Rear Bumper Right Side Exit

has anyone seen this before? im curious to know if this is the JDM type rear bumper or not. If it isnt how do i do that, or where can i get that rear bumper with ONLY the right side exit?

its a cut out. its not jdm, most people who have rh exit exh. jus cut out the shape with a rotary tool (clearance for muffler) its easy to do.
