yeah, ur gonna have to
try using scotch brite, to rough it up. if the paint if too thick, then ur gonna have to sand them down to a flat surface
love the graphite color wheel paint,
hand sanded down some horrible shaped slims to bare metal in spot
then just degreased, wiped then clean, black primed and painted. about 5 hrs or work and 10 in paint. but well worth it
probably paint my special editions the same color.
