# running rich?

im having a prob with lots of little black specks all over my rear bumper. i will wash my car and 3 days later the whole back of the car will be covered with them (very noticible with my white car). i replaced the plugs which were very worn and then the problem went away for a while but now it is back again. is this just carbon and perspiration mixed? please help, any kind of direction as to what might be causing this would be very appreciated.

What mods are you running?? Any cams??  
Aftermarket cams will make it run rich.  
It could be an O2 sensor problem…
