should i buy this turbo?

hey everyone, i am going to be using a turbo soon with a fully built. Im gonna be running a block with 8:5.1 compression and eagle rods. I wanted to run the car as a daily driver at 12lbs, but didnt know if this turbo would be able to create the power i want. I found it on ebay and was wondering what you guys thought-
Im looking for somewhere around 200-250 to the wheels, but didnt wanna go over like 15lbs of boost for reliabillity, u think this turbo could do that?

Just saying a turbo is t3/t4 is to vauge a discription, t3/t4 turbos come in many different specs some that may not fit your goals i would advise you to email him and ask for more details. Is it a t3/to4b or to4e what a/r specs for both the hot side and the compressor. Just my suggestion though for your goal of 200-250hp i would look into a t3 super 60 this turbo will satisfy your hp goals and has very quick spool up which will make daily street driving alot more fun.

allright ill try to find one, thanks man.

u mean like this one?

says super 60, with .48 a/r ?? would that be nice and is it worth the price? thanks.

well first of all what do you want? a good powerband through all rpms or just top end power?

Id like a turbo that spools very soon and does not give allot of turbo lag. So i guess throughout the entire powerband, not just top end power. Something that will pull hard the entire time and not fall out in high RPM’s

that price is kinda high you can get them for around 300-350 if you search but there are a lot of people an ebay selling regular t3 60 trim turbos and calling them t3 super 60 there isnt much difference between them but the t3 super 60 will give a little more, the thing that sucks is that there is no real way to tell them apart other than measuring so make sure the person selling you can somehow prove its a super 60 although for a goal of 200-250 hp both the t3 60 trim and super 60 will do fine. also i’m assuming your going to turbo a b18a if you are the .48ar should be fine if your using a vtec engine you might consider changing the hot side to .63a/r but do some resarch…make the search button your friend
