Speed Ventures at Streets of Willow and Speed Trials at Buttonwillow. I’d really like to go the the BW event, but it’s my kid’s BDAY so that’s not going to happen. Streets would be fun though as well. Haven’t been there in a while.

even though there is a new motor in the car, i would love to go to the event nino, but right now i can’t afford to fix the car again if something goes wrong. I hope one day we can all get together again, and the car gods will grace us with a good track day, where 3 tow trucks dont have to be involved.

DAMN! Must finish car! This is nice to see all the enthusiasm regarding track days. But like Nino said, proof is in the pudding. (Although I shouldn’t talk cause I currently don’t have a vehicle to bring - scratch that, I could take the wrecked DA I have with stock suspension, I’m sure that would still be fun

The scene today is just plain horrible. I daily drive my DA and get revved and hit up by these shitboxes all the time. I cant even remember the last time i saw a really clean Honda on the street…Ignorance is todays tuner’s best friend…
Meets today will never come close to the caliber of what WE had 8 years ago…Those days are just fuking memories.

Damn, Speedventures seems the way to for me. Its only $80.00 per day…Saturday, Nov. 22 would be the day for me. But I have no helmet. Had we known about this earlier I would have signed up and had time to buy a helmet. Wow…I wish I would have never bought paintball gear now… I’d rather race. that guy with the modified rabbit said it all, “… I feel centered, I get tunnel vision and everything just falls into place. Its where I need to be”.
Being that I work graveyard, Buttonwillow is out of the question, at least for me.
