once in a while i’ll hear this really high pitch sound when i gas it. just the slightest press on the pedal will do this, then it goes away. what is it? loose timing belt? how do i fix it.
check your accessory belts. make sure there are no cracks or tearing on the belt. if there are any signs of wear on the belt change it. if they are still in good condition tighten them. I believe there should be about a half inch of deflection when u press the belt down. HTH, lates…
I think i have the same problem bro. Sometimes it happens just going over bumps. I believe it is in the suspension somewhere. However If you think it is the belt then I’ll see if it is or not. I’m getting a head swap with all new belts… pulleys etc… If i dont get the squaky nemore i’ll let you know, but i believe i’ts the suspension.
check timing.
i know this might sound weird but check your timing …
also you might want to check that there are no oil spots on any of the belts …
