Need tips for what engine to swap into my 92 ls. Have about 2500 for engine and tranny if necessary. I would prefer to get a new tranny cuz of the gear ration on the ls tranny. What engine and tranny would you suggest for about 2500 or less. Im thinkin about FI in the future. So suggestions on what engine would be better for FI would help also. Thanks for all your help.
Well, both the b16a and the b20 are great for boostin. Just a tip though, if you’re going to go FI then the gear ratio of your transmission is perfect for it. Don’t waste your money getting a closer geared tranny.
