T3 Turbo Question

I am about to get a turbo and I have a question about the t3. The guide on http://coolazz.tripod.com/turbo.html says that I need to get the turbo with the 5 bolt pattern and the only pics that I have seen of these have only 4 bolts where the turbo connects to the manifold. Is th other bolt hole some where else to connec the downpipe to or what?

4 bolts connect the turbo to the manifold on most (all?) Honda manifolds

5 bolts connect the downpipe to the turbo, in some cases
