The car is definitely different but, coming from a mobile electronics installer. i can appreciate the amount of time and detail that went into that build. It’s really not rice definitely a show car.

I’m getting some very mixed thoughts about this car! Some people, like me, think it is ugly and should be parted out and have it’s leftovers crushed, while other people think it is a show car.
I think its a good show car and show car only. I would of liked to see a build thread on how he did all that. Its very nicely done for the look he was going for.

That is a nice show car. To me, rice = race inspire cosmetic enhancement. He had some quality work put into his car and not some junk parts from autozones.

I’ve seen that DA back in the early 2000s when that was hot. I remember the lotus designs, looks ok, would look better if the engine bay was cleaned up.

I’ve seen that car in person, it’s for sale in my area. I don’t care for the work but I have to admit it’s done very clean and also the motor is turbo’d so it’s not complete rice.
