I have been wonderring something…I have a 90 integra LS…and it tends to hesitate when I take off. its an automatic is there anything I can do to change this?
I kinda have similar problems…
My car doesn’t hesitate but it just pulls kinda slow, it is prob normal but my friends 91 LS 4 door pulls hard. He does’nt have much mod only intake, but his car can keep up with me till 60 from 0 that is because my launch a lil slower.
I also have a friend that might have smilar problems as you. I would say change your spark plug, is most likely where the problem lies. But i am not 100%
I am currently working on two problems in my car… rough idle and car squeaks when shifts and goes over small bumps…
Also my distributor is crackling i paid some dude 23 bucks for his used rotors and cap. hopefully it’ll help out and also i’m getting MSD SCI install soon after i get it repair and i got ext coils and modifided cap so hopefully this might fix my rough idle problem.
However in my previous posts about thinking the alternative is the cause of rough idle might be incorrect. Ever since i installed the AEM pulleys i can easily notice that all my lights are dimmer etc however the shaking is still the same as before so i mist say it is not the lat not getting enough power. Hopefully it is the distributor’s problem

with Mobil1 Synthetic ATF.
I do feel the tranny shift
a bit more notchy with this fluid.
