when im drivng on the freeway and maintaining a constant speed my car begins to act wierd; its like im giving it gas, then letting off, giving it gas, then letting off, but im just keeping my foot in one position. when i accelerate or let off the pedal the problem isnt noticable. i dont know if it has anything to do with it but i think im running real rich because ive got a lot of black dust on my exhaust tip. if anyone has any ideas as to what it could be please let me know.
It is probably an O2 sensor problem. Check on that before you do anything else.

i tgough that too and replaced both of them (b16a). but it hasnt helped. i am not getting any codes either,
the weather is cold =( i hate it whenever it gets cold all kinds of problems starts to show.
tune up time. i had the same thing when i first got my teg. did a full tune up and solved enerything. plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, etc.HTH
