I need new tie rods. I looked in the helms but I couldn’t find how to replace them. Is it straight forward? If it is in the helms, what pages? Also, where has anyone seen these for a resonable price
The outters are pretty simple to replace. The trick is to go to autozone and rent their loaner tool to remove them. When you loosen the set nut run it up against the tie rod and make sure it dont move then unscrew the tie rod and put the new one on and run it down to the nut and tighten it. this will help keep the car close to alignment.
