stop before you strip out your bolts. try this. get a big ass pipe, like the one off your jack, and put it over your rachet so its one big tool. that should have enought tourque to break the bolts. hope it helps. we do this all the time on pesky bolts and screws and i did it on my cat too. hope it helps
Those 3 bolts aren’t actually part of the cat. they are basically somewhat pressed in and somewhat held in by rust. they have splines on them to hold them in and keep them from turning so if you break one or end up cutting the nuts off just take a punch and punch them out witht that and a hammer. An air chisel works wonders on this sort of stuff. then if you really want the stock bolts go to your local acura dealer otherwise just get stainless bolts and lockwashers and call it a day.
