I just got installing my turbo kit and I am getting way to much boost. I got the drag kit with a t3/t4 t04e turbo. I am not sure if I got all the vacume lines right. I am getting around 20psi I have a boost controller and its all the way out. Could any one tell me exactly how to run the vacume line to make sure I got them right.
I am running a open down pipe too, untill I get it welded. Not sure if that makes a diff or not. even a about 5 psi is breakes up, I could not install the missing link because i think they sent me the wrong one. so if anyone could help me on that to I would appreciate it …I got the gready BOV not sure why there is 2 vacume line outs on it. and a delta gate.
PLEASE HELP…
What is your vacuum at idle? I didn’t think the DRAG t3/04 snail could even put out 20 psi, mine maxes out at 16psi. WHat spring is your Deltagate rated at? If you loosen it, the boost should go down.
that doesn’t sound like a spring problem to me, since the deltagate spring on drag kits only allow for 7psi. more than likely you have your vacuum lines mixed up. don’t drive your car until you route them correctly. 20psi on a stock motor will blow it, if it hasn’t done so already.

Hey Don, since your runnin my Deltagate, try tightening the adjusting nut all the way. I got 16 psi out of it, and have run 10psi before. I didn’t think it was supposed to do that, but it did.
But your right, sounds like a vacuum line problem somewhere. Make sure your plumbed to your deltagate to your compressor correctly(ntroie40)
hey rob the nut is tightened all the way down. i’m running it with the 3 turns from my turboxs mbc & get about 7.5psi of boost.
I don’t know how the deltas are supposed to be plummed, especially with the XS controller, but here is a pic of my plumbing with a tial and an HKS VBC…hope it helps
