Ok people we all know our cars are pretty old but still valuable and beautiful. Im the kind of person that likes to do performance upgrade without risking comfort and commodity. idk if alot of you guys have this problem but when im on the fwy doing 80mph at 4000 rpm my car is pretty damn loud as compared to the newest cars i cant even hear my gf talking. i know alot of manunfactures started putting better insolation in their cars to reduce noise. is there any tips out there that can make my car a liitle more quiet?? anything that you guys want to apport is welcome. Thank you,

fix worn out wheel bearings

thats all that would make the car really loud inside…before my wheel bearings started to growl it wasnt loud at all inside the car…but now it sounds like being inside a small plane

i tried to put some insolation in my door panels but its a bitch to remove them i feel like something is gonna break. does anyone have pics or directions on how to remove the door panels properly??

yea +1 on what everybody else said. aside from dynamat, u can also put more of the rubberized undercoating stuff under the car. spray the areas that can use a lil more noise reduction… or put it everywhere. just a thought.

Use the Dynamat ultimate if you are going to use Dynamat.

Be Quiet is cheaper and some say better then Dynamat.

yeah and its in pretty good condition but still my DA is kinda noisy. im telling bro i cant even hear my gf talking (which is good sometimes) lol

i dont understand how you cant hear somebody sitting beside you unless something like the exhaust or wheel bearings are loud as hell…maybe a q-tip is needed??

My Integra is as quiet if not, a little quieter than my 03 TL-S at highway speeds, 75+mph.
Shit, it’s actually one of the quietest cabins for a car with no window frame that I’ve come across.

If your tires have a retarded tread pattern that makes a lot of noise… that could be one thing too…

Is it road noise, or engine noise? Did you check your exhaust for leaks etc…?

yes sir…we are talking about cabin noise. doing 4k rpm its pretty loud and i dont mean the exhaust im talking about the frequent fwy noise
