this may be a little off topic, but it def has to do with forced induction. i ran 7 pounds of boost through my stock clutch for all of 4 days before it started to slip. now it just lets go in every gear but 1st. my question is, which clutch is best for my application?? please realize im on a budget, so the cheaper the better. i want a clutch that will hold about 9 pounds of boost but last more than like 20k miles and not break the bank. any help will be greatly appreciated
I’ve had my Clutch Master stage 3 for about 4 years- lasted through 70shot of NOS and 8-10psi daily(not at the same time). Very streetable and durable.
I paid around $350.00 for my clutch and its about the best clutch I have ever had. I have a Act Extreme Pressure Plate, Street Disc and Stock throwout bearring and it chirps 1st, 2nd, 3rd and sometimes 4th…In my opinion Act is really great…
