Turbo DA, gone forever.......

I’ve never posted pics (that I can remember) on the net, of my turbo DA. The reason, of course, because of security concerns. Anyway, I sold her not too long ago so here are some pics. I think she’s unique and will forever be cherished [[sniff, sniff]].

Clean setup, what kinda numbers did you get?
BTW, I gotta ask: Whose TA’s are those, and you ever take em? an 81 and a ? or am I way off? lol, thanks!

Hey Rah Rah!

So whats next?

Nice pics…too bad she’s now gone :frowning:

i don’t think you were really securing anything with that big shiny radiator sticking out like a sore thumb :stuck_out_tongue:

anywho, i never even got to turbo mine :frowning:

Those camaros are engineless. The setup WAS:

=JDM B18b—stock block,
=Maxrev Turbo Kit:
=Maxrev stainless steel, log-style manifold
=Maxrev 2.5” downpipe
=Maxrev 400 hp intercooler
=Maxrev BOV
=Garrett T3/T04E, .57 trim, .48 a/r, stage 3 exhaust wheel
=Custom intercooler piping
=Tial 35mm wastegate w/ 10 psi spring
=Joe P. Manual Boost Controller
=Hondata s200b
=Lucas 440cc injectors
=Walbro 255lph fuel pump
=GM 3-bar MAP Sensor
=Autometer carbon-fiber look, double gauge cluster
=Autometer boost gauge and oil pressure gauge
=Tanabe Hyper Medallion 60mm exhaust w/ stock cat
=Action 2KS clutch on LS Trans
=Tokico blues
=Neuspeed springs (1.8” drop F/R)
=Rota Subzeros, 16”, gunmetal
=Pro Stop cross-drilled rotors
=Axxis metal master brake pads

The tune was very conservative. If I remember correctly, the a/f was about 11.6:1 and the timing was no more than 18 degrees. Although the exhaust/manifold/dp combo was very restrictive, the car was very quiet and I wouldn’t trade that for anything. F*** that fart can crap!

I’m planning on changing camps for a while. I would love to build another integra, but I’m just not feelin’ hondas right now. My town is infested with nothing but riced-out civics, integras, and accords. All you hear is the droning of the fart cans and the thumping (more like rattling) stereos blasting 50-cent.

When I would drive around, jaws would drop and I would get lots of compliments, but the theft rate of hondas in my town is just too much. I couldn’t sleep at night with my alarm going off. The teg was broken into and almost stolen twice.

Anyway, I’m thinking of building a mustang with a 6psi kenne bell supercharger to keep me happy for a while and maybe get a bike as well. It would be cool to build another teg, just not right now.

yeah, the same here, that’s why you’ve got to have a garage.

Your going Domestic?

yup

beautiful teg, not really feelin’ those rims, but i love that car. Sad to see her go, but we all gotta move on some time. Don’t go dumb-estic! Don’t do it!

:lock: :bang:

rah rah, i know what you mean about stolen cars in jersey, i had a turbo civic stolen at etown last year. nice setup you had there, but im sure you will do something else up just as nice.

Even though I’m an honda man at heart, the only thing I’m loyal to is performance. Trust me, this won’t be the last turbo teg project…

SO HOT! been looking for pics of horizon grey tegs…thats what it is right? Just wondering if buying a new paint job is worth it with a race setup

Anyone who tells this guy not to go with domestics, clearly has no idea what a fast car is. Good luck sir.

Yes, it’s horizon grey metallic. I loved the car because of the color–not too many out there and not too many are in good shape.

As far as the domestic thing, most guys that are die-hard brand loyalists will always frown upon “crossing over.” But I don’t give a crap. When I rode in my friends 600 rwhp, 600 rwtq :manual: mustang, I thought to myself, “How could anyone NOT like this.” This thing was an absolute missle.

me personally…i think FORD is :gay:

but everyone has their kicks right? Nice teg…sorry shes gone.

you should build something different though…like a scion…=P jk

good luck man!
