When i really get on it my upper intercooler pipe keeps coming off. I bought a new coupler and i tightened everything. But it still does it. What can i do to keep it from coming off? Has anyone else had this problem?

j/k try a t-clamp like the ones used on race cars, i dont know what they are specifically called, but i bet a few minutes on ebay should find you what im talkin about. these clamps are extra strong and should keep your pipe on. if this doesnt fix it you might have a broken motor mount allowing the motor to move around quite a bit forcing the pipe off.
yea i checked the motor mounts their fine. Ill check on those clamps though.
weld a bead on the ends of the pipes or bead roll it, or flare it.
Thanks for the replies, but could u explain the bead welding to me? Im not familiar with that.
basically weld a lip on the edge of it so that when the clamp is tightened down, it leaves no room for the hose to blow off.like this:
