# Valve adjust specs?

Hey can anyone break out they’re Haynes or Chiltons and let me know what the vavle adjust specs are on the B18? I don’t think it matters but it’s a 90 auto. I moved and have to go back and get the rest of my stuff including my manuals. Thanks in advance,
