If you’re willing to spend a little cash, then i’d go SPW Industries for a true JDM rebuild kit…
depends on what you are going for, turbo/nitrous/all motor? i plan on using titanium valves and retainers from crower and dual springs from them also, then some 402t cams… but if you just want to buy a head then get the gude/bullfrog one seems decent…
I am planning on running nitrous. I was thinking of skunk 2, are they a good company? I also am going to rebuild the bottom end, any suggestions? Where can I go to get a good deal on this stuff?

seems like a highly wanted part is the itr parts. skunk 2 is good too, dont know where to get everyhting but i like the www.crower.com parts, is yours a vtec or no? and look for some higher c/r pistons, minus well resleeve it too ehhhh **** it rebuild the whole bottom end… i was going to do just pistons but i figured while it is out minus well do it all…
