well I have a 91 hatchback…and recently I Have been hearing a lot of squeaking noises coming from the trunk area. wut could it be and how can i solve this problem…cause it makes my car look bad with passengers inside.
that’s very normal (unfortunately).
the best solution is to turn up your music. (no sarcasm)… 
go to a Honda dealership and buy a silicone grease, about 10 bucks US, it’s in a toothpaste like bottle, lube up all the rubber seals every 3000K, that’s what I do on mine, squeaking goes away
I also used that on my del sol and it stopped the squeaking, also don’t forget to lube all of the rubber parts even on the door panels, it would solve your problem
I can almost guarantee you that I’m 99.9% sure that it’s your rear trailing arm bushings that’s making all that damn noise… and yes, it’s costly to replace the bushings (not to mention hard as hell if you do it yourself)…
so yeah, turn up the tunes…
