Well I was going to go with Olive Drab green (Army green) but after thinking about how bad that might look I’ve decided to stay with white. Besides I just bought palmy rear covers and am trying to get Ivan’s front seats from him so they match.
If the car isn’t done it might be fun to tag along with somebody and take pictures as everyone drives. We’ll see.
iveeno - I assume you mean the downtown Seattle branch? Do they happen to do body work? What is their address? and ygm.
I’m really glad you decided to stick with white. Its by far the best color. Looks like I should get my insurance check soon. Anyone goin partin out a white da with a good front end?

My friend and I have had a ton of cars painted there including body work and they hook it up for us. $375 out the door for a stage 1 paint job. If you want, I could see if we can get you the same deal.

those are super clean! i didnt know they did work like that…
of course theres some orange peel and some missed spots but you get what you pay for. i just cant see myself spending a ton of money on paint for a daily driver.

Yea no worries Ivan. Just le tme know when you talk to them. I don’t think the car will be ready by the meet anyway.
I just bought my side skirts and I still need to pick up a rear lip combo and side moldings. I also have a little more work to do on the HIRO spoiler as well.
I may just be the picture video guy at the meet.

PS: I bought my coilovers (Apexi N1 99 spec) for my DC2 and if anyone wants to help me with the install that would be great. Japanjay, did you ever find anything out about that garage?
Coilovers are a breeze. I installed mine in about 3 hours by myself in the driveway.
If you’ve got nothing going on on Monday you can roll down this way and we can bang them out and you can bring the seats.
As far as going with somebody I will have to figure that out this week.
Well, the coils are designed for Type R’s which means I also have to swap out my lower control arms.
I think I work monday but let me see if I can switch with someone and we could get it done. All of my tools got jacked by my older brother who I think skipped to another country lol.
Im down i got saturday off was worryd that i would have to work but then i forgot i work graveyard so it doesnt matter lol plus picked up my new TIen basics so no more bouncey Bounce goin down the road lol
I swapped out my LCA’s when I did mine too. It’s a good idea. Keep me posted. We might be able to do it tomorrow if you want.

I don’t want to put it in the for sale section because I don’t want to ship it and I’d rather not deal with a bunch of flakes. Also, I’d rather the buyer see it first BECAUSE…When I bought my two spoilers and lip Pat (TND2GEN) sold me to extra lips at a discount price because they were a bit jacked up. I have since fixed both and would like to get rid of one to a local g2c’er.
The price is $210 or $50 and a set of JDM thin side moldings for a DA in excellent shape.
