random question but 90 rs has ac and sliders on the climate control/ i thought that was a 92-93 thing lol god so much more to learn hahahaha
Thanks everybody.
I thought about it, but I doubt it would last long before some roadkill would destroy it.
I’m fairly certain A/C was an available option regardless of trim level. The sliding climate controls were exclusively an RS feature though.
Haven’t updated this for a minute so here goes…
Haven’t done much to the car thus far this year and I’m not sure what else I want to do with it right now. Basically I’m tired of working on it and I just want to enjoy driving it for awhile. Plus my photography seems to have taken precedent in time and funds, so the car is kinda sitting on the back burner for now. But…
I did get an offer I couldn’t refuse for my wheels from a good friend a few weeks ago. I used the money to buy a nice wide-angle lens for my camera and used the rest to pick-up some Equip 01 knockoffs. I know, I know, fake wheels but I don’t plan on keeping these forever, plus I needed a change and money talks. I do miss the Brocks though.
Finally got the cracked windshield replaced this week too. New carpet and floormats are really the only other things on my to do list.
Today I replaced the clutch cable since I doubt that has ever been done and I’d rather do a little pre-emptive replacement in the comfort of a garage and not along the side of the road. I also swapped out the old brake fluid for some fresh fluid too because…
I will be running the car in my first autocross next weekend. I’m gonna take my camera and hopefully get some decent vids of it in action.
Anyways…this thread is worthless without pics so here are a couple I snapped-off yesterday:
They don’t look bad. You need to align your front bumper, and the moving deadline is coming up real soon
Herb, I’ve re-aligned that piece of shit so many times I can’t count only for some cockbite to back into it. I gave up on it. JDM bumper support FTL.
love the simpleness of the RS. especially yours being silver
the offset could have been a bit more aggressive, but do they make them in any different options? looks good though anyway.
I’m not sure on the other offsets, if there even were any for that matter. I am running 5mm H&R spacers in the front though. I’m thinking about picking up another set sometime in the future.
still looks good to me
Thanks man. The bumper does need a little TLC. I might get around to doing something about it someday. The car truly looks much better in pictures than in reality. lol
Here are a few more pics with a few old skool buddies from a month or so ago:
If anyone is interested…here are some more pics and a couple crappy vids I took of the red EF in early April:
your car is absolutely amazing…
this gives me confidence that i can restore my 93 LS.

My Evening With A 20 Year-old Redhead[/QUOTE]
i just realized how fitting it is that i bought a DA, having a fondness towards the ginger females…
shit i AM addicted to the firecrotch, its so bad i even bought hondas redhead…
cant believe i didnt make that connection earlier. thanks man
e: the first picture looks like someone drew it, those fenders reflect light perfectly, shite.
Car is looking great as always, man. Love this picture! And those wheels, but the car is not bad with the wheels on it now.

Hahahaha. Holy shit. You had me lol’ing at that.
Thank you sir. I do miss the old wheels.
dont let it get you down man. the brocks were hot, but paying the bills (or just being responsible with your assets) is more important than how your car looks, imo at least.
its nice to see that you didnt go back to OEM wheels though. those wheels really dont look bad at all and set your car off nicely. maybe a small spacer would help to bring things back to the more aggressive stance it had with the fat-lips on the prior wheels.
The old wheels were +35 and the new ones are +38. With the 5mm spacers up front they are actually stanced wider but you can’t really tell just by looking at them. I miss the old wheels but I like the ones I have too. I wish I could have both. lol
yeah, but i leave the different-wheel-on-either-side look for the scion box crowd.
to be honest your last wheel setup could have used a bit more track-width, are these current wheels on spacers now?
Haha. Yeah, the current setup is on spacers. The old was not.
Is this HTR?

Do you mean HDR? No, it is not. Just tweaked some different levels in Lightroom.
