Depends on what your horsepower goals are…
A T3 will give you faster spool-up times and is great for daily driving. Top end won’t be as good as a hybrid would be, but will be a enough to wipe up your local ITR’s.
will a T-3 reach 250 hp in a LS?
Depends on the trim of the T3. There were MANY different turbos with the T3 badge. Almost every OEM turbo in the early 1980’s were T3’s. Volvo 240 Turbo, Saab 900 Turbo, I think the SVO Mustangs as well and many others.
saying “t3” is about as specific as saying “turbo”. 
there are sooooooooooooooo many different combinations its impossible to tell unless you have the trims/specs.
trims/specs? such as turbine size ect.?
sorry if this all seems 1st grade turbo, but i’m just trying to learn a few things before i commit to a turbo.
