I almost know nothing when it comes to tires. I know it’s suppoed to be 205/45/16, but how much of a difference will 205/55/16 tire be?
I’m asking because I need a good all-season tire and I’ve read good reviews on the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S.
Any opinions?
yes it’ll fit, i’m thinking of going from 45 series to 50 to make more cushion so the ride won’t be too harsh. it also depends on what kind of drop you got, if its already slammed then dunno if it’ll fit cause it might rub the wheel well.
It will probably fit but your speedo will be off.
i had some 16"s with 205/50 series tires with a 2.25" front and 2" rear drop and they rubbed in the back when I would go around turns.

I’m on 17" rims with 205/40/17 lowered like 2.5" front and 3.5" rear(Yes I know the back is lwoer for some reason…:bawl: ) and I don’t rub at all even on hard sharp turns
