i did a search and didn’t see any info on this,
i bought a set of nuespeed springs from a local shop, and went home to install them today and ran into a problem.
the springs were for a 95 civic and i was told from the shop that they are the same springs for the g2, well they didn’t go on and just wanted to check to make sure that i am right that they don’t fit.
you used a spring compressor to get them on right?
they will work if you do this:
you need to get the upper perch mount from a 94-up teg/ 92-up civic…or actually you dont need the actual perch…you just need to swap out the rubber piece…OR you can just rig yours and cut it…? i prefer getting the rubber thing for reliablity…hth
oh and also i believe they sit a lil higher so you do need a spring compressor…just to make sure
thanks but to hell with all of that the guy i bought them from told me they will fit. so he can just eat it. and get me the proper springs.:mad:
