# working radio and heat problem

ok so i go to turn the key to where the radio come on but the instrument lights stay off…when doing this the heater works also but when i turn the key all the way forward they both shut off. :S Would the ignition switch cause this problem? or just a short?

Yes, it is probably the ign. switch, a common problem on G2s.

The good news is it is an easy fix and not too expensive, only the switch itself, [and a short run of ign. switch harness] needs to be replaced. 94
