yellow lens--1-piece lights

First thing I did was search the board for help, and thought I found the answer, but…the tip said take out the spring, then the metal ring that holds the lens down, then the lens comes out from the back.
I don’t know if all 1-piece lights are the same, but the lens is just too big to fit out of the opening. Am I doing something wrong?
Or do I have to take everything apart and go in thru the front?

if you dont care a bout the yellow lens, then break it with a screw driver and then it should fit through the hole

if you dont want to brake the lens inside to fit it threw the whole then yes you do have to use a heat gun and go from the front

Just as I thought…I actually already broke 1 by accident, so that’s my option. thanks guys…
