Well, I finally got the job offer. This is my last week at this job and then I’m taking a week off for a “brain reset” from dealing with this program at work for 18 months.
Hope to do a lot of organizing and finishing jobs then. But not much for this coming week at least. Might just plan my “teggy week” this week instead.

93 Teg wouldn’t start. No code. Fuel relay won’t click. ECU dead? Dude this ECU is about just a few years old. Gimme a break.
Replaced main fuel relay and disconnected/reconnected the ECU, and everything works again.

Did you first just try replacing the MFR and it didn’t work? Is that why you unplugged the ECU?
Yup. The problem appears to be intermittent. Or something else is afoot.
It might just be the wiring perhaps or something else up the chain. My new mfr wont click sometimes unless I jostle the wiring leading to it.
I could be way off though, but it’s worked everytime for me. Anecdotal evidence, Im aware.
I’ve owned my DA for 29 years now and we’ve been through it, fun driving, taking kids to school, meets, etc. I hard parked it over 12 years ago when I couldn’t pass State smog even though I could pass tailpipe emissions and had every functioning smog part installed (full JDM powertrain reason for failure). I knew it was my keeper car so slowly over the years every single suspension bushings, wheel bearings, braking system have been replaced along with building a USDM B17A. I finally pulled the tranny yesterday to get rebuilt and install a GearX 4.921 final drive and MFactory lsd which were hoarded years ago. I’ll get around to doing a full build thread soon but for now just pics of yesterday’s work and some other random shots:
